For All Bookings (excluding parties):

• Full Refund: Submit a refund request at least 48 hours before the booked event.

• Partial Refund: Submit a refund request at least 24 hours before the event.

• No Refund: No refund will be provided within 24 hours of the event unless approved.

All refund requests must be submitted formally and will be processed within 24-48 hours, provided they are within the specified time frames.

For Parties:

• A 50% non-refundable fee (deposit) is required to secure the booking.

• Clients have the option to recover the non-refundable fee with an additional $20 fee.

• Full Refund: Submit a refund request at least 1 week before the event (excluding the non-refundable fee, unless the additional charge is paid).

• Partial Refund: Submit a refund request up to 48 hours before the event.

• No Refund: No refund will be provided within 48 hours of the event.

• Refund requests for parties will be processed within 24-48 hours.
