Parent Code of Conduct
At Let's Play LA, we prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience for all families. To achieve this, we ask parents and guardians to follow our code of conduct:

Bullying Policy
At Let's Play LA, we prioritize a safe environment for all children. Bullying, including physical contact, verbal assaults, and social isolation, is strictly prohibited. Incidents should be reported immediately, leading to prompt investigation and appropriate action. We conduct staff training to prevent bullying, emphasizing acceptance and understanding. Our holistic conflict resolution approach is communicated to children. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion. Every child must adhere to our Code of Conduct at Let's Play LA events and during travel.

At Let's Play LA LLC, your child's privacy and safety are our top priorities. When sharing images, we adhere to a strict naming convention to protect identities. Full names are never disclosed, and we use formats like First Name Last Initial. Robust online protection measures, including right-click and copyright protection, are in place to prevent unauthorized access or copying of images. We handle the presence of your child's images with utmost care, ensuring a balance between sharing joyful moments and maintaining a secure online environment. At Let's Play LA LLC, your child's safety is our top priority. To ensure a clean and hygienic environment at every event, we follow a thorough gear cleaning and disinfecting policy. All equipment used is cleaned and disinfected after each event, and our team conducts pre-event cleaning to maintain the highest hygiene standards. We are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for your child. If you have any questions or concerns about our cleaning practices, feel free to reach out. At Let's Play LA, ensuring the safety of your children is our top priority. To enhance visibility and make it easier to supervise the kids during our events held in public areas, we require each child to wear a Let's Play LA T-shirt. In the event your child arrives without one, a T-shirt will be provided at a nominal cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment for all.
