• Cancellation Notice: Let's Play LA LLC requires a 24-48 hour notice for all cancellations.

• Refund Procedure: Cancellations do not automatically entitle you to a refund. To request a refund, a formal written refund request must be submitted.

• Reservation Cancellation: Let's Play LA LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation at our discretion.

• Cancellation by Let's Play LA LLC: In the event of a cancellation by Let's Play LA LLC, you will be notified no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event.

• Refunds for Let's Play LA LLC Cancellations: Refunds for Let's Play LA LLC canceled events will be distributed within 24-48 hours after the cancellation. The 50% non-refundable fee for parties canceled by Let's Play LA LLC will be refunded.

• Denial of Refund: Let's Play LA LLC reserves the right to deny any refund request.
